FAQ'S

Luxurlee Beauty Requires a Non-refundable Deposit for any appointment made! Deposit price varies depending on the service. You may reschedule once, but after that a second deposit has to be paid to get scheduled. All services are Non-Refundable, No Exceptions. If you've lost an unusual amount of lashes or have any problems/concerns within 3 days of service you may contact us to resolve the problem and schedule a free 30 minute touchup. Any issues or complaints beyond 3 days will no longer be complimentary and payment will be required.

For Sanitary  purposes there are No Refunds or Exchanges on Lashes. All Sale items are final sale, No exceptions. 

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item (not including sale items), we will gladly replace it. You have 24 hours after receiving items to contact us to resolve any issues.

All orders will be processed within 2-5 Business days of purchase. All shipping rates are determined by courier, and not by Lees Lashes. Cost varies depending on customer location.

We do our best to give you the fastest and most accurate delivery for your packages.Lees Lashes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped. Please refer back to your confirmation email to track your shipment.

Youre responsible for verifying the shipping address and may be charged in case of invalid address fees.

I have a No guest policy, No Exceptions! As my work takes alot of concentration and time, I dont want any distractions. This way You get the best service and can relax!  So Please leave everyone who is not getting serviced at home,

I dont take same day appointments ! Please book ahead of time ,to get a date or time you need. Its harder for me to just fit someone in, now that I get booked up pretty quickly.

I do have a grace period of 10 minutes, if you haven't arrived to your appointment by then, it Will be canceled, No Exceptions.

Please be considerate and just let me know you're gonna be late or cancel in advance!
